If your controllers disappear or stop responding when you enter a VR app, don't worry — there's a quick fix you can try.
What to do:
- Press the Meta button on the right controller.
- The Meta menu will appear on screen.
- Check whether your controllers are visible and responding again.
- Press the Meta button once more to return to your app.
💡 Also check your batteries
If your controller isn't responding, it may simply have a dead battery. To check: look for the LED indicator light on the controller. If the light is off, try replacing the batteries before troubleshooting further.
