MyXRHealth is a companion mobile and web application designed to keep patients connected to their care between sessions. As a clinician, understanding how the app works helps you set expectations with patients and supports better engagement with the treatment plan you create for them.
How patients log in
MyXRHealth uses a passwordless login system — patients never need to create or remember a password. Here is what the login process looks like from the patient's side:
- The patient goes to my.xr.health on their phone or computer.
- They enter their email address and tap Sign in.
- A one-time verification code is sent to their email.
- They return to the app, enter the code, and are signed in.
The code remains active for approximately 15 minutes. If a patient contacts you confused about login, the most common issue is an expired code — they simply need to request a new one.
What patients see once logged in
- Care Plan — a view of the personalized treatment plan you have built for them.
- Support — patients can send messages directly to their care team or support team from within the app. Messages are automatically routed to the right team based on content. See How to Use the Messages Inbox
- Library — helpful content and resources available to browse at any time
- Community — a link to the InnerWorld community experience
Sharing with your patients
For a full walkthrough patients can follow on their own, share the patient guide directly with them. It covers the same steps above in patient-friendly language and can be sent ahead of their first session.
