Accessing Reports

Organization vs. Personal View
By default, the Reports tab opens in Organization view, which shows data for all patients associated with your organization.
To switch to Personal view — which shows only the patients assigned to you — click Personal at the top of the page.
Understanding the Dashboard

- Total sessions — The total number of sessions completed
- Unique patients — The number of patients who have completed at least one session
- Average duration — The average length of a session
Type distribution: A donut chart showing how sessions were launched, broken down by:
- Library — The patient initiated the session through the XRHealth portal on their VR headset
- Realtime — The clinician launched the session remotely for the patient
- Care Plan — The patient initiated the session through their assigned care plan on their VR headset
Sessions over time: Shows the number of sessions grouped by the selected period. Toggle between Daily, Weekly, and Monthly views.
Top environments: Shows the 10 environments with the highest number of sessions.
Viewing a Report
Below the dashboards you'll see a detailed list of all individual sessions.
- In the session list, click the arrow next to a session to expand it and view additional details.
- To open the full report, click View full report, or simply click on the session's title.
Understanding Report Data
Each report includes general session information such as:
- Patient name
- Date and time
- Session duration
- Launch mode (Library, Care Plan, or Realtime)
- Headset used
- Session settings
In addition, each report includes data specific to the environment used in that session. This varies from one environment to another. For a detailed breakdown of what each environment's report includes, refer to the relevant environment article in the Help Center.
Editing a Report
To edit a report, you can do so in one of two ways:
- From the session list:
1. Click the three-dot icon next to the session
2. Select Edit report. - From within a full report:
Click Edit at the top right corner of the report.
Now you can:
- Assign or reassign the report to a patient. If the report is listed as Unassigned, you can add a patient here.
- Add or update the title, description, and notes.
- When done, click Save Changes.
Deleting a Report
To delete a report, click the three-dot icon next to the session and select Delete.
⚠️ Warning: Deleting a report is permanent and cannot be undone. The session data will also be removed from the charts and summary statistics.
Searching and Filtering Reports
Use the search bar at the top to find a report by name. You can also filter reports using the available filter options:
- Environment
- Spaces
- Patient
- Launch mode (Care Plan, Realtime, Library)
- Time range
To reset all filters and return to the default view, click Clear filters.
Note: Search and filters affect both the charts and summary statistics at the top and the session list below — not just the list.
Filters are useful for:
- Tracking a specific patient — Filter by patient name to see which environments they use, their average session duration, and how their usage changes over time.
- Reviewing a specific environment — Select an environment to see how it is being used across all patients in your organization.
- And more...
Unseen Reports
Reports that have not been viewed yet are marked with a blue dot and a "NEW" tag. Once you open the full report, the dot will disappear.
To mark all reports as viewed at once, click Mark all as seen. This will remove the blue dot from all reports currently shown — based on your active filters.
