Stanza is a prescription app that patients use to manage fibromyalgia symptoms. This article explains what Stanza is and how to set up and manage patient access from the clinician platform.
What Stanza is
Stanza is a prescription digital therapeutic for adults with fibromyalgia. It delivers Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a form of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as a self-guided program patients use on their phone. The core program runs about 12 weeks across eight chapters, with patients using it for roughly 15–20 minutes a day.
